Shipping Information

We start processing of our orders once a payment is received by us. Your order will be shipped between 2-3 working days.

All Domestic and International orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Australian delivery will take 2-9 business days based on the location which includes parcel tracking.
All international delivery will take 9-21 business days based on the country through Air mail by Australia Post which does not include parcel tracking.

Express Post option is available on request and will incur extra fees/cost.

International Orders - TAXES & DUTIES

All international customers are responsible for any customs, duty or tax invoices on collection within their own country.

For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact the local customs office in your country directly.

 Return/Exchange Policy

We respect our customers and gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 21 days of delivery

Only full priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Cancellation Policy

All our products are handmade with love and care so please think and check full details of a product before placing or cancellation of an order. Contact us if you need more information about a product.

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn't been shipped. Please contact us for any cancellation of order directly from "Contact Us" page.
